Launch Housing is committed to providing opportunities for people who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness due to being priced out of the private rental market. This not-for-profit real estate agency is committed to providing landlords and tenants with a professional property management service, while reinvesting our revenue back into the community.

Affordable Housing Initiative

In addition to providing property management services to investors, HomeGround Real Estate operates the Affordable Housing Initiative.

HomeGround Real Estate has also opened in Sydney and Canberra to increase the supply of affordable rental accommodation. The agencies will be part of the Home Ground Real Estate brand established by Launch Housing in Victoria.
