Crisis Accommodation Dandenong

Launch Housing Dandenong (known as ‘Bob’s Place’) crisis accommodation service offers short stays, intensive case management, and advocacy for families, couples and singles. Accommodation options at Bob’s Place include four family units, nine single units, two rooms for couples and three women’s-only rooms.

Support workers provide intensive case management and staff are on site 24/7 to provide assistance and care for residents.

Bob’s Place also offers transitional housing and private rental assistance and helps to connect people to community supports.

For at-risk children and their parents, enhanced case management is available as well as educational supports and group work to support a child’s emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Launch Housing Dandenong is located at 35 Robinson St, Dandenong.

Rough Sleepers Initiative

Launch Housing’s Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) provides an assertive outreach service to people sleeping rough in Frankston and Dandenong. RSI helps to support rough sleepers with an assessment, case management, and access to emergency shelter, crisis accommodation and housing.

The Dandenong and Frankston branch of the RSI works in partnership with Neami.

To access our crisis accommodation your first step is to visit a Launch Housing office (access point) at Collingwood, St Kilda or Cheltenham.

Access points are opened Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
