Description of Program

Launch Housing’s 60 Day Crisis Program supports women and children who have experienced family violence and a housing crisis. It offers families short 60-day leases for emergency accommodation and intensive case management as well as connections to health care services. Support workers can also refer children to the Homeless Children Specialist Support Service, if required.

The 60 Day Crisis Program focus is to help stabilise people’s immediate needs and assist in transitioning to stable, long-term private rental. It offers support to families residing in the Cities of Bayside, Glen Eira, Kingston and Stonnington. To access this program clients must have an Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP) worker assess their eligibility at a Launch Housing homelessness entry point.

Launch Housing manages three homelessness entry points providing support services in St Kilda, Collingwood and Cheltenham.

Launch Housing Collingwood Entry Point – 68 Oxford St, Collingwood

Launch Housing St Kilda Entry Point – 112 Chapel St, St Kilda

Launch Housing Cheltenham Entry Point – 11 Chesterville Rd, Cheltenham
