Description of Program

The Tenancy Plus support program assists public and social housing tenants that have registered with the Victorian Housing Register. This program offers assertive outreach, case management and interim intervention support to prevent homelessness and assist tenants to maintain housing.

Tenancy Plus support workers assist individuals and households with issues that may place their tenancy at risk and can also connect clients to a range of services in their local area.

Launch Housing Tenancy Plus support services are located at Northcote and St Kilda offices, and provide support for the north region of Melbourne as well as the inner and middle southern regions.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenancy Plus is a voluntary service. Tenants and residents of public housing are eligible for support as are tenants of community housing agencies participating in the Victorian Housing Register.

Referral/Application Process

Tenants and residents can self refer. The Office of Housing, community housing agencies and other services can also refer to Tenancy Plus.
