South Melbourne Crisis Accommodation

Launch Housing South Melbourne supports at-risk families by providing crisis accommodation, case management, assertive outreach services and specialist support for children.

The Children’s Specialist Support Service (CSSS) cares for children affected by family violence and trauma. It offers assistance with education, and enhanced family case management. It also provides educational assessments, children’s counselling, family reparative sessions, and group work to support children’s emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Services for Pregnant Women

The Launch Housing South Melbourne office has a dedicated outreach support worker to provide advocacy, case management, and care for pregnant women without a home. Pregnant women who experience homelessness often face greater difficulties when trying to access emergency housing and vital healthcare.

At-risk women need extra care and support at this vulnerable time in their lives so they can find a safe, permanent home, and maintain both their health and the health of their child.

Launch Housing South Melbourne is located at 217 Cecil Street, South Melbourne.
