Support for Families

We aim to give families a pathway out of homelessness. Thousands of Victorians are without shelter or housing on any given night. For families, an experience of homelessness can be not only isolating and traumatic, but can have a lifelong impact. Families become homelessness for many different reasons, including financial difficulties, and family and domestic violence.

Launch Housing offers support for families in crisis. We provide case management, emergency shelter, crisis accommodation services, outreach services, and a sustainable, supported path into the private rental market.

Families in need can access private rental assistance, as well as financial and practical advice to establish and maintain private rental tenancies.

At an access point you will be given an assessment, housing information and accommodation assistance. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
