To access Launch Housing crisis accommodation, support services, or to get into emergency accommodation in Melbourne you must first go to a homelessness access point in your area. Our homelessness access points at Collingwood, St Kilda and Cheltenham offer you a way out of homelessness.

If you phone outside of business hours you’ll be redirected to the Salvation Army St Kilda crisis service.

Launch Housing is a Melbourne based homelessness and housing support service. We offer housing assistance to all individuals and provide specialist supports for families, young people, and children in crisis.
Sleeping rough in Melbourne is on the rise and our support workers can help those sleeping rough with emergency housing as well as long-term housing solutions.

If you are experiencing family violence, you can now apply for court protection. Use the Neighbourhood Justice Centre’s new online Family Violence Intervention Order application. It’s easy to use, safe, and password protect. Fill it in where and when it’s safest to do so.
