Bellfield is a joint effort between Launch Housing, City of Banyule, and Homes Victoria, with support from ARM and Balmain & Co.
Viv’s Place is an Australian-first permanent supportive housing project for women and children at risk of or experiencing family violence and homelessness. Completed in August 2022, Viv’s Place is an 8-storey medium-rise building providing:
60 women and up to 130 children with a safe, long-term home
Communal spaces for connection and support
Resident engagement and wraparound support services, including:
Family and child case management through Uniting Family Services
The award-winning Education Pathways Program
Co-located community services
