We’re pleased to share that Launch Housing will be delivering over 150 brand-new, high-quality homes in partnership with Homes Victoria as part of the $5.3 billion Big Housing Build.
The homes include a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments across two development projects in Dandenong.
One of these projects will also include a space for a social enterprise to operate from, providing a pivotal connection point between our residents and the broader Dandenong community.

These homes are on track for delivery in early 2027. Stay tuned for more updates throughout construction, which is scheduled to commence later this year.
