With nearly 500 staff working across around 15 sites, we provide community housing and homelessness support services to thousands of people each year.
We believe that everyone deserves a safe night’s sleep and the answer to homelessness is more homes, and more tailored support for people to keep that housing.
We work with the Government and partners to provide a range of innovative, Australian-first, programs and services across Metropolitan Melbourne like long-term supported housing for women and children escaping family and domestic violence; an intensively supported residential service for people who are experiencing chronic homelessness and health issues, and supported housing and maternal and child healthcare for pregnant women who are at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.
We provide supported crisis accommodation, support to people in private rentals, assertive outreach to help care for people experiencing rough sleeping homelessness and work to break the cycle of homelessness by keeping young people connected to education.
