Support for Youth

Launch Housing’s youth support services include intensive case management, emergency shelter, crisis accommodation, transitional and social housing and private rental supports. Our homelessness youth services care for at-risk young people (15-25 years old) in Melbourne.

Launch Housing’s youth support workers provide young people experiencing homelessness with the support they need to improve their lives and develop independent living skills. Support workers can also offer advice and employment pathways as well as education based supports and programs. They can support youth experiencing homelessness with referrals to healthcare services, drug and alcohol services or legal services.

As a proud partner of Creating Connections, we also offer additional case management, living and life skills to young people in the Cities of Stonnington, Port Phillip, Glen Eira, Bayside and Kingston.

Creating Connections is a partnership between Launch Housing South Yarra, MOIRA youth services, and the Salvation Army Crisis Centre.

Launch Housing also offers supported student housing for young adults with two Education First Youth (EFY) Foyers in Broadmeadows and Glen Waverley.
