Ending homelessness requires leadership.  At Launch Housing, we believe that leadership is not limited to formal positions or titles – acts of leadership can come from anyone in the organisation. 

We also believe that leadership is a skill that anyone can learn and cultivate at any point in their career.  Along with a Leadership Framework and the Leda Leadership Program, we invest in leadership at all levels of Launch Housing, across all our sites and locations, and believe that every one of our 400+ people contribute their expertise, passion and own brand of leadership to help end homelessness.
