Meet Jy.
With his action figures packed and his siblings by his side, his family escaped a violent home, spending months in a hotel room - with no school, friends, and an uncertain future.
That's when Launch Housing's Education Pathways Program stepped in - one of Victoria's only specialised programs supporting children who are overcoming the trauma of homelessness to engage in school and address gaps in their learning. Since 2015, hundreds of children have found their way back to education through this program.
