Across our portfolio of long-term community and transitional housing properties, we aim to deliver responsive and respectful service to our renters through providing clear and helpful information to address any queries that may arise during their tenancies.
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live in a safe and affordable home, in a community they feel connected to. We work hard to ensure renters have successful and sustained tenancies that support them to reach their individual goals and potential. We partner with a range of support services and community organisations to meet the immediate and longer-term needs of our renters, so that they can look after their properties, be good neighbours and thrive in their tenancies.
As a Registered Community Housing Provider Launch Housing is regulated by the State government and has extensive experience in property development, property and asset management, tenancy management and resident engagement.
We embed environmental, social and financial sustainability into everything we do. We engage with renters annually to undertake individual property condition assessments, create plans for scheduled maintenance and a renter survey to obtain feedback on how people are experiencing our tenancy and property management services so we are continually improving our service offer.
The information on this page aims to help our renters meet their tenancy obligations, such as keeping rent in advance, looking after the property, being a good neighbour and working respectfully with Launch Housing, but if you have any questions or require further assistance in meeting tenancy obligations, please call your Housing Manager who may be able to assist.

Our mission is to end homelessness. We believe housing is a basic human right that affords people dignity. Everyone has the right to a home; our job is to make this happen. We recognise that in pursuing this, sometimes we don’t get it right, and sometimes people feel dissatisfied. When this happens, we want to hear about it.
We also like to hear when we have done something well. Positive feedback that compliments staff on the way they deliver a service is used to recognise good practise and promote excellence within the organisation.
All feedback is important to us. Find out more and share your feedback here.
